• No expiration date

• No transaction fee

• eGift Cards cannot be returned or redeemed for cash

• HIUM eGift Cards do not count towards your order total for any minimum shipping thresholds

• You may apply up to 25 gift cards per transaction online

• To purchase a eGift Card online, follow the steps below:

  • Visit our HiUM eGift Card page

  • Select e-gift card amount or select more to enter specific amount

  • Select quantity

  • Select Buy eGift Card

  • Select the Locker count in the upper right hand corner and proceed to Finish Up

  • Please note: You will be implored to add a gift recipient's email address and gift message if the eGift Card is for someone else.

How are HIUM eGift Cards delivered?

When you place an order for a HiUM e-Gift Card, the following guidelines apply:

• e-Gift Card Orders:

  • e-Gift cards will be delivered via the recipient's email address

  • If your e-Gift Card was not delivered to the recipient's email address, please have recipient check all email folders (e.g. Promotions, Junk, Spam, etc.) or contact our customer service team for further assistance

How do I place a hiumshoeniverse.store order with a eGift Card?

HIUM eGift Cards can be used as a form of payment on hiumshoeniverse.store orders by following the steps below:

• Visit hiumshoeniverse.store 

• Add made-to-order|custom-made products to your Locker

• Once all products are added to your Locker, proceed to Finish Up

• Access your registered private Locker, or checkout as guest

• Fill out all of the required fields for a valid shipping and billing address

• Once the shipping and billing information is added, fill out the following eGift Card information.

What if my order total exceeds the balance on my gift card?

If your order exceeds the balance on your eGift Card, the remaining balance will be due and can be paid using another valid payment method (e.g. credit card, debit card, mobile bank transfer, additional HIUM eGift Cards, etc.).

What if my order total is less than balance on my eGift Card?

If your order is less than the balance on your eGift Card, your eGift Card will retain the remaining balance.

What if I paid with a eGift Card and my order was out of stock, canceled or returned?

If you paid with a eGift Card and your order was out of stock or canceled, contact us to have a new e-Gift Card will be emailed to you within 48 hours.
